Have you ever heard of quitting? Well, you just did. Quitting means to stop doing something. It can be something good, or bad. It’s a bad habit to give up. When I say that I mean that it’s bad to give up. If someone told you to do a project with someone you hate, then it depends on what you’re quitting. I often give up on really hard math problems, seeing as I can NEVER get them right. The person who gives me the maths problems keeps on telling me not to give up, and I try my best.
There has to be a reason why you’re quitting something. Is it because you really can’t do it, or is it just because you don’t want to do it? It’s usually a mixture of both. You do the thing once, but when you realize that you can’t do it, you just don’t. A lot of people also quit something because people said that they couldn’t do it, or just that they were bad at it. If you want to be a scientist (not very common) but you’re bad at science, or just don’t like it, you should study or find a way that makes science fun. If you try to make science fun but can’t, well maybe you shouldn’t be a scientist. If you want to be a singer, but can’t sing. well you should get lessons or not become a singer. It depends on the situation.
You don’t always quit if you’re not good at something. Sometimes you quit if you simply don’t like doing it. Or it could be a person your doing something with. Maybe they are bullying you or are not noticing you. Or it could just be you and you think they’re ignoring you when they actually aren’t you have just made yourself think that. When you quit because youre not good at something like football, you just think you are not, even though if you keep trying you could be amazing at it. Thanks for letting me post
