Lazy

Someone named MysteryGuy asked me what to do with lazy collaborators. I’m going to answer that question here today.

First I had to look up the word “collaborators”. It means people who work with you on projects. Well MysteryGuy, The simplest thing to do is to tell them that they should start working. If that doesn’t work, tell them that if they don’t start working you won’t do any work. Wait for them to turn in their share of the work and see what happens. If they don’t do any work, you should tell them that you can’t work together on the project anymore or get your boss/teacher to know what’s happening. It will probably work, as you boss can fire you collaborator and put you up with someone else that works harder, or your teacher will do the same. If your the lazy collaborator, start working and do less snoozing.

what do you do if you have agreed to do something, but the person you are doing it with who is in charge is really pushing you to do it even when when you don’t want to? I want to quit now but I don’t want to say it to his/her face.
    Please help,

    1. Dear Worriedguy,

This is my advice, but take it into consideration before you do anything. As you should only do what you think is best.
You should still do the work even if you don’t want to. Life is full of obstacles, and we must learn how to jump them. If you like your job you shouldn’t quit. If you don’t, it’s your decision. I advice you not to because you should have a back-up plan first. Also, it’s just one project, it’ll be over before you know it.

        1. Dear Stillworriedguy,

I know you want to quit. But why? Do you like the job, or do you hate it? I know you want to be kind and not upset the person, but you never know what words can hurt. They may say “It OK that’s fine.” but they really need you to do this one thing for them, and they just hide their feelings under the fake smile. My best advice is to take it slowly with that person, and explain why you want to quit. It may, or may not work. It depends.

          1. thanks for your help Blogger.I think I will sort of take your advice. Maybe something like “Sorry but I don’t want to do it anymore” if they ask why I
will say something like ” I just don’t feel like it any more” Maybe you should write a post about “quitting” and write your tips
            many thanks again, (not)worriedguy
