Is it just me, or are there way too many songs that talk about how big someone’s butt is? Think about it, on YouTube, even if you look up a sweet song that talks about love, in the suggestions there will always be at least one song about butts. Here’s my question: Can’t artists think of anything more worthwhile to sing or rap about. Instead of their butts, how about they write, or at least perform a song about world peace, world hunger, bullying, etc. The butt songs may have a catchy tune, but they have no meaning whatsoever. Now, you may be thinking that I’m just talking about the more recent butt songs, such as Wiggle (Jason Derulo ft. Snoop Dogg), Anaconda (Nicki Minaj), or Booty (Jennifer Lopez ft. Iggy Azalea), but I’m talking about our music generation. Let’s go over some butt songs that you may not know about, but still exist : Shake That (Eminem ft. Nate Dogg), A$$ (Big Sean ft. Nicki Minaj), Culo (Pitbull ft. Lil Jon), Fat Bottomed Girls (Queen), Bootylicious (Destiny’s Child), and many, many more.

Here’s what I have to say to people who write and/or sing about butts: start using your brain instead of your butt.
