Enemies

Everyone has an enemy. No-one doesn’t. It’s practically normal to loath someone, and wanting to tell them exactly what you think. But you usually don’t.

How to Deal With an Enemy

  1. Try your best to ignore them and stay away from them. It’ll be easier for you in life if you don’t spend so much time with this person.
  2. Don’t talk to them. Do your best to keep them out of your life, and maybe you’ll start forgetting that this person exists.
  3. Don’t be mean. You do hate this person, but if you say anything wrong it will only make your hate for each other grow. You could also get in trouble.
  4. Live with it. You might not like the fact that this person exists, but they do and you just have to accept it.

Try using these tips, they could help you in life more than you think. Just remember that you’ll always have an enemy, it’s impossible to live without one.

Copycats

They’re people who copy what you do. It can be flattering, and completely annoying.

If someone copies your idea for a painting, that can be either flattering or annoying. If what they do  turns out to be good, you can be proud of yourself for having that idea and making the other person wanting to do it too. But if their painting turns out to be better than yours and they used your idea, then that’s annoying.
If someone copies what you wear, that’s usually annoying. If people don’t notice but start wearing that as well, you have just set a new trend. But if people tell the person who is copying that they look better than you even though you’re the person who started wearing that, I don’t blame you for wanting to scream.

Those are just examples of what can flatter and annoy you about copycats. If you find it flattering, then don’t say anything. If you find it annoying, then you should tell the person who’s copying you that it’s bothering you and ask them to stop. If they say that they’re not copying you and that you’re copying them well, that’s hard to live with. It’s better to drop the conversation if that happens, because it can make things worse.

I Quit

Have you ever heard of quitting? Well, you just did. Quitting means to stop doing something. It can be something good, or bad. It’s a bad habit to give up. When I say that I mean that it’s bad to give up. If someone told you to do a project with someone you hate, then it depends on what you’re quitting. I often give up on really hard math problems, seeing as I can NEVER get them right. The person who gives me the maths problems keeps on telling me not to give up, and I try my best.

There has to be a reason why you’re quitting something. Is it because you really can’t do it, or is it just because you don’t want to do it? It’s usually a mixture of both. You do the thing once, but when you realize that you can’t do it, you just don’t. A lot of people also quit something because people said that they couldn’t do it, or just that they were bad at it. If you want to be a scientist (not very common) but you’re bad at science, or just don’t like it, you should study or find a way that makes science fun. If you try to make science fun but can’t, well maybe you shouldn’t be a scientist. If you want to be a singer, but can’t sing. well you should get lessons or not become a singer. It depends on the situation.

The Princess of Rock (Part 2)

Hello World.

I said that I was going to post up a new part of my story, The Princess of Rock. So that’s what I’m going to do now.

——————————————————————————————————————–

Let’s just go back to the part where I wanted highlights but I couldn’t get them.  When I was completely dry, I was forced into a ballgown. It wasn’t too poofy, and it wasn’t pink, so I guess it was OK. The dress was red, and the lower part was 60 inches wide. I changed my mind, it’s very poofy. So after I was put in that dress, the servants wrapped a white bathrobe around me so I wouldn’t get it  dirty, and then they started putting layers of make-up on my face.
First, they put on lots of pink blush. Then they put on some pink eyeshadow. Then they put on black eyeliner and red lipstick. When they finally finished they surrounded my neck with white pearls, and hung rubies from my ears. They took off the bathrobe so I could look into the mirror, and I thought I looked like Snow White (they also put my hair into a long braid). I know why had to dress up in all this trash. It was for the Spring Ball, and I’m the princess of Paradise (that’s the name of the country my parents rule) I have to go. As I walked down the stairs leading to the Royal Ballroom, I heard the audience greet me with a standing ovation. When I reached the bottom of the stairs,my mom hurried over to me, looking very excited.
“Jasmine, follow me. I have someone that you should meet!”
I didn’t really have to follow, seeing as she was pulling me by the wrist all I could do was walk fast. I had to do that because I didn’t want my wrist to be torn off. I met my father with two men. One old, and the other around my age: eighteen.
“Jasmine, this is King Lubert of Asbalt,” my mom said.
I shook hands with the old guy, seeing as I had no other choice. If I was allowed to decide for myself, I would be in my room playing my guitar, instead of a stupid ball.
“And this is his son Austin,” my mom continued “I’m sure you two will get along very nicely.”
I looked over at Austin. He seemed perfectly delighted attending this stupid ball. He saw me looking at him and started gazing into my blue eyes. Unfortunately, my mom noticed this and told my dad and King Lubert that they’d better give us some privacy. Like SHE knows anything about privacy. Privacy is NOT having photo shoots every second day.

——————————————————————————————————————

That’s all I’m going to give you people. I want you to imagine what happens next. Will Jasmin get along with Austine, or will she hate him forever? What’s her mom going to do? I think you should imagine what happens next, and then tell me what you think is going to happen.

Obsessions

It can be really terrible if you’re obsessed with something. It’s a problem because you’ll start going crazy and annoying other people too, so you should try not to be obsessed with anything.

There are people obsessed with chocolate. They eat it everyday, and pretty soon they’ll start getting fat and not being able to wear the really good clothes.

Some people are obsessed with alcohol. They have a few sips everyday and get drunk, soon they won’t be able to live without alcohol or they go crazy.

Some people are obsessed with One Direction. I know that they won’t stop talking about anything else, get tickets to one of their concerts that’s in a different country and then have to tell their parents so they have to book plane tickets to that country, buy all of their merchandise, and go crazy.

These are all examples of the results of being obsessed with things. Surely no-one wants to end up fat from eating chocolate, or crazy with alcohol, and they definitely don’t want to get into trouble with their parents for buying tickets for a concert in a different country. I’m serious, no-one wants to have an obsession that bad.

So here’s a tip: DON’T GET OBSESSED WITH ANYTHING!!!!!!!!
